1. Order Confirmation and Deposit
When placing an order, a small non-refundable deposit (3 USD) is required.
This deposit covers initial preparation and allows us to begin working on your personalized artwork.
The deposit is not refundable under any circumstances, including order cancellation.

2. Draft Preview and Final Payment
After the deposit is received, the client will receive a draft preview with a watermark.
If the result is satisfactory, the client confirms the preview and receives a secure payment link to complete the final payment.
The high-resolution final file (JPG/PNG) is delivered only after full payment has been made.

3. Delivery Time
We do our best to deliver the final file within 24–48 hours after the draft preview is approved.
Weekends and public holidays may extend the processing time.
In the event of unexpected delays, we will notify the client.
We reserve the right to extend delivery time due to force majeure circumstances (technical issues, service disruptions, or other unforeseen events).
4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Our products are digital and personalized.
According to international regulations (including EU Directive 2011/83/EU) and common U.S. practice, such products are not eligible for refunds once the final file has been delivered.
By approving the draft preview, the client agrees to waive the right to cancel the order or request a refund.

5. AI-Generated Artwork Disclaimer
All portraits are created using a combination of artificial intelligence technologies and artistic editing.
The final image is a creative interpretation, not an exact replica of the original photo.
Minor stylistic variations — including lighting, facial expression, proportions, color tone, or overall appearance — are normal and do not constitute a product defect.
Each theme is a pre-designed illustration, so some elements (hair length, background, clothing, pose) may differ from the original uploaded photo.
6. Liability and Usage
Final files are provided strictly for personal use only, such as printing, home decoration, or personal gifts.
Any commercial use — including but not limited to advertising, resale, monetized content, publication on paid platforms, or marketing — requires a separate written agreement.
The client is fully responsible for how they use the delivered images, including compliance with platform rules, copyright regulations, and local laws.

7. Image Storage & Data Protection Policy
We take data protection seriously and comply with GDPR (EU), CCPA (USA), and COPPA (USA).
Storage Duration
All uploaded photos and all AI-generated files — including previews, drafts, watermarked images, and final versions — are stored for no longer than 30 calendar days from the moment the preview is sent to the client.
This policy applies to all orders, whether completed or not.
Automatic Deletion
After 30 days, all related files are automatically and permanently deleted for security reasons and to comply with regulations governing children’s data.
Deletion occurs regardless of the order status, including:
final payment completed;
preview approved;
client did not respond;
client did not complete the final payment.
After deletion
Once deleted, files cannot be restored.
If the client requires a new file after the 30-day period, a new order must be placed and the photo must be uploaded again.
Use of uploaded data
We never use uploaded photos for:
AI training,
advertising,
internal development,
or any other purposes
without the client’s explicit written consent, in full compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and COPPA.
