5. Data Storage & Automatic Deletion

Storage duration
All uploaded photos, previews, drafts, watermarked files, and final files are stored for no longer than 30 calendar days from the moment the preview is sent.
Automatic deletion
After 30 days, all related files are automatically and permanently deleted for security reasons and to comply with regulations governing children’s data.
Deletion occurs regardless of order status:
final payment completed
preview approved
client did not respond
client did not complete the final payment
Once deleted, files cannot be restored.
A new order is required if a new file is needed after the 30-day period.

6. Children’s Data & Parental Consent (COPPA Compliance)
We work only with photos uploaded by adults.
By submitting a child’s photo, you confirm that:
you are the parent or legal guardian, and
you give permission for the photo to be used to create a personalized artwork.
We do not knowingly collect data from children directly and do not use children’s photos for:
advertising
marketing
AI training
publication without consent
All files involving children’s images are automatically deleted after 30 days.
